Is there caffeine in ENERGY?

ENERGY is our product with caffeine! It contains 100mg of caffeine and 200mg of L-Theanine, to deliver a calm and focused energy. You can find this in Lemon+, Orange+ and Raspberry Lemonade+ flavors on our website.

We also have one flavor of our HYDRATE product (Iced Tea Lemonade) that contains 40mg of caffeine, which come from the black tea leaves used for flavoring.
